  • We will draw up all legal documentation and notices, e.g. shorthold tenancy agreements.
  • We will provide details to establish standing order rent payments. (Full Management only).
  • We will prepare a detailed inventory.
  • We will take meter readings and notify water/ gas/ electricity/ telephone companies and local council (Full Management only).
  • We will collect the initial rent and deposit (Full Management only).

What will HOMEBUYERS PROPERTY SERVICES do once a tenant is found under Full Management?

  • We will collect rent, including arrears
  • We will complete the initial inventory report with the tenant.
  • We will process correspondence from utility providers and the local council.
  • We will carry out periodic inspections of the property.
  • We will make all required arrangements for repairs and maintenance.
  • We will make arrangements for required safety checks, e.g. annual gas safety certification.
  • We will coordinate tenancy extensions including new legal documentation.
  • We will collect notice from the tenants from within contractual requirements.
  • We will arrange for remarketing from the earliest possible date.
  • We will carry out a detailed inventory report following the end of the tenancy.
  • We will arrange for the return of the tenants’ deposit.
